Job Summary
Act as the operational owner of engagement with federal and state Medicaid partners, translating dense government concepts into actionable guidance for technical teams and stakeholders. Design workflows to align regulatory goals with delivery realities, manage partner support channels, and identify process improvements for Medicaid data tools. Build and improve interaction templates while coordinating cross-agency efforts to ensure insights inform digital services and policy decisions. Oversee operational trends to determine when leadership intervention is required, advocating for program needs by absorbing state-level administration realities. This 6-month independent contractor role is 100% remote within the United States for U.S. citizens passing a federal public trust background check.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of working in or with Medicaid programs at the state or federal level
- United States citizen
- Ability to pass a federal public trust background check
- Must perform all work physically within the United States at all times
- Excellent writing and speaking abilities
