Job Summary
Manage Medicaid planning cases from engagement through approval by gathering financial documentation, preparing applications and legal documents, and coordinating with the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services, nursing facilities, and financial institutions. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients while monitoring deadlines, maintaining organized case files, and implementing planning strategies alongside attorneys. This role requires a minimum of three years of experience in Medicaid planning, elder law, or estate planning, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software. Candidates must possess exceptional communication skills to explain complex information compassionately and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
Required Qualifications
