Job Summary
Prepare and submit enrollment and re-enrollment applications to commercial and government payers, monitoring portals to track status and follow up on pending requests. Identify issues requiring investigation, validate discrepancies, and ensure appropriate escalation while maintaining accurate provider records in the credentialing platform. Collaborate with the Credentialing Team, Liaison Team, and revenue cycle to gather documentation and troubleshoot payment issues. Communicate clearly with stakeholders regarding application status and required next steps to ensure compliance with payer regulations and timely claims processing. This role supports over 820 practices across 45 states under the leadership of Dr. V.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 – 5 years payer enrollment experience
- Strong capability to collaborate and communicate
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with credentialing software, payer portals, and Microsoft Office Suite
Desired Qualifications
- Certifications: CPES is a plus
- Experience in dental payer enrollment is strongly preferred
