Job Summary
Serve as the primary liaison for health and human services within counties, establishing strategic partnerships and leveraging data-driven insights to identify needs and inform population health priorities. Develop and implement account action plans to drive performance while monitoring financial and operational results to support overall P&L strategy. Ensure contract lifecycle readiness for RFPs, renewals, and rate negotiations through cross-functional collaboration. Represent the Medicaid P&L on enterprise initiatives and translate market intelligence into actionable strategies for leadership. Requires 7+ years of Medicaid experience, Bachelor's degree, and up to 50% travel within Minnesota. Hybrid schedule includes two onsite days per week.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of related Medicaid professional experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to travel within Minnesota (up to 50%) to support in-person meetings

- Master's degree in related field
- Knowledge of government healthcare programs, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Knowledge of health plan operations, products, and business practices
- Experience improving processes, workflows, or operational performance
- Ability to translate complex information into actionable messaging, actively listen to diverse perspectives, and drive alignment across cross-functional priorities
- Ability to analyze complex challenges, evaluate tradeoffs, and collaborate with stakeholders to reach effective, lasting solutions
- Ability to effectively organize work, balance shifting priorities, and manage time across multiple workstreams to meet commitments
