Medicaid Actuary

Oversee actuarial work on client projects by reviewing data models, assumptions, and analysis to develop actuarially sound rates and assess financial performance. Collaborate on team-based assignments ranging from small, time-limited projects to larger client initiatives with extended timelines. Provide guidance to junior colleagues through ongoing coaching and development while consulting stakeholders on healthcare policies, data, and rates. Requires expertise in managed care, Medicaid, and capitated rate development alongside a Bachelor's degree and ASA or FSA designation.
