Job Summary
Provide ongoing operational and administrative support to Medicaid client accounts throughout the contract lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Coordinate end-to-end RFP activities, maintain readiness materials for proposal submissions, and support contract implementation, benefit changes, and negotiations. Log and manage contract-related change requests, including pricing updates, product changes, and regulatory impacts. Coordinate DHS and regulatory reporting activities to ensure data quality and timely submission of deliverables. Maintain Medicaid account data, reporting repositories, and program resources to support audit readiness and stakeholder access. Contribute to Medicaid and enterprise education efforts to clarify program requirements. This role operates within the Medicaid Performance Hub, partnering with Compliance to maintain regulatory alignment and support Medicaid P&L performance.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of related Medicaid professional experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Additional two years of relevant experience beyond the qualifications listed above (in lieu of a degree)

- Knowledge of government healthcare programs, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Knowledge of health plan operations, products, and business practices
- Experience improving processes, workflows, or operational performance
- Ability to tailor communication to varied audiences, actively listen to uncover requirements, and ensure accurate and timely information exchange
- Ability to analyze information, identify patterns and root causes, and collaborate with partners to implement practical solutions
- Ability to effectively organize work, balance competing priorities, and manage time across multiple responsibilities and deadlines
