MEDIC INSTRUCTOR OPERATOR

Job Summary
Instruct and validate Soldiers in medical training as part of the Army Medical Simulation Training Center Program. Responsibilities include using simulation scenarios to create realistic training environments, assessing students' critical thinking skills and abilities in high-fidelity situations, and maintaining proficiency with necessary medical training programs. Candidates must be current NREMTs, possess various military medical qualifications or licenses, and have effective presentation and interpersonal skills.
Required Qualifications
- Current National Registry Emergency Medical Technician (NREMT) certification
- Must maintain Basic Life Support-Health Care Provider (BLS-HCP) certification
- Completion of TC 8-800 or Army Medical Department instructor course
- U.S. citizenship
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
- Willingness to travel for training purposes
