Job Summary
Prepare and clean media for conversion, working hands-on with technology to process, troubleshoot, and perform minor repairs like splicing and combining film reels. Operate VHS, cassette, and DVD players to correctly process digitalization, monitor conversion success, and ensure quality transfer. Manage workflow for assigned workstations, analyze database notes to determine the right workflow, and audit every order for accurate completion and grouping. Maintain data integrity and customer privacy while keeping the work area organized. Perform other duties as assigned in this full-time, on-site role.
Required Qualifications
- Adequate knowledge and experience using computer systems
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours
- Ability to lift 40 lbs. without physical restrictions
- Must be able to bend, stoop, lift, climb, and pull on a consistent basis
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Demonstrates clear and polite written and oral communication
- Accurately follow verbal and written instructions
- Detail oriented
- Positive attitude
- Team Player
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be willing to adjust your work schedule due to workload and peak seasons
- Be on your feet for 8+ hours a day without restriction
- Able to go up and down ladders
Desired Qualifications
