Job Summary

Oversee the planning, buying, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across programmatic, endemic, CTV/video, traditional television, radio, digital out-of-home, and out-of-home channels for healthcare and pharmaceutical clients. Lead media buying processes, manage vendor relationships, oversee campaign financials, and ensure accurate on-schedule tactic delivery. Collaborate with account, strategy, planning, operations, creative, and analytics teams to develop integrated media solutions and present performance insights to stakeholders. Mentor junior team members, review media plans and documentation, and support new business initiatives. Requires five years of media planning and buying experience, proficiency in SRDS, Kantar, and Nielsen, and strong budget management skills.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of media planning and buying experience
  • Experience developing and executing media campaigns across programmatic, endemic, CTV/video, traditional television, radio, digital out-of-home, and out-of-home channels
  • Strong understanding of media strategy, planning, buying, vendor negotiations, and campaign execution
  • Experience managing budgets, insertion orders, timelines, and media financial reporting
  • Ability to present media recommendations and performance insights to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience using media research and planning tools such as SRDS, Kantar, Nielsen, or similar platforms

Desired Qualifications

  • Healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences agency experience
  • Experience working with digital media platforms and analytics tools such as Looker Studio or comparable reporting solutions
  • Experience mentoring junior team members and reviewing media plans, billing, timelines, and campaign documentation
  • Experience supporting new business initiatives and media strategy development for prospective clients
