Job Summary
Media Strategy Supervisor leading a 3–5 person media strategy team, defining Who, What, Where, When, Why, and How for integrated media plans across TV, Streaming, OOH, Print, and Digital campaigns for client accounts. Responsible for developing and presenting client-ready media plans, overseeing campaign execution, billing, reporting, and records, leading direct buying efforts across OOH, Print, and Digital partners, and serving as a day-to-day client-facing leader. Partners with internal analytics and cross-functional teams to deliver client-facing deliverables, mentors teammates, and contributes to the evolution of the Client Orchestration team. Demonstrates strong media fundamentals, ownership, adaptability, emotional intelligence, and proficiency with a broad set of industry tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field (implied by senior role)
- 5+ years of media planning or related experience preferred
- strong client-facing and leadership capabilities
- proficiency with media planning/buying tools listed (Omni, Media Radar, Pathmatics, MRI-Simmons, Telmar, Nielsen, ComScore, MediaTools)
