Job Summary

Develop and optimize Saatva's upper-funnel media strategy across linear TV, streaming, sponsorships, audio, and emerging channels. Build measurement frameworks to understand how upper-funnel media drives growth, including MMM, incrementality testing, ESOV, and geo-level modeling. Partner with agency and internal teams to refine measurement and translate outputs into clear guidance for budget allocation across channels and markets. Collaborate with Retail to align media investments with Viewing Room openings and support market expansion; mentor performance marketing and broader marketing teammates to elevate media literacy and influence omni-channel strategy. The role requires 4+ years in media planning/marketing analytics, deep TV/streaming expertise, a Planner + Quant mindset, business-model literacy for high-AOV products, and a Bachelor's degree.
