Job Summary
Provide leadership and support in lighting and media production environments under the direction of the Department manager. Responsibilities include programming and operating lighting for services and events, supporting audio, video, and presentation systems, recruiting and training volunteers, maintaining AVL systems, and collaborating with worship and media teams to support effective ministry.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work well with others in a collaborative environment
- Ability to effectively achieve tasks and goals in a timely manner
- Ability to recruit, train, and shepherd volunteers
- Experience in lighting design and operation
- Familiarity with AVL systems
- A calling to serve God in a church staff position
- Confess to be a born-again Christian
- Believe the Bible to be the inspired Word of God
- Accept the Baptist Faith and Message of the Southern Baptist Convention without reservation
- Agree to the Code of Conduct of First Baptist Church of Rogers
- Manifest Christian virtue as a role model
- Become a member of First Baptist Rogers

- GrandMA experience preferred but not required
