Job Summary
Research and verify journalist data, updating the Cision database in line with Data Protection regulations. Support journalists and PR clients with profile information and entries, contacting outlets by phone and email to confirm details and ensure accurate record keeping. Prioritize data quality, compliance, and support for clients while managing time efficiently to meet personal KPIs. This fixed-term role is based in Bulgaria and requires fluent German, with a background in research, customer service, or the media industry.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degrees in related areas
- At least three (3) + years' relevant experience in research and/or customer service
- Previous database experience
- Fluent German language knowledge
- Currently residing in Bulgaria
