Job Summary
Media Relations Senior Manager – Accenture Song: Lead the strategy, execution and coordination of a comprehensive global media relations program for Accenture Song, including creating and executing media plans for functions (design, marketing, commerce, service) and supporting executive visibility programs for Accenture’s CMO/CCO. Responsibilities include generating top-tier and trade media coverage, coaching spokespeople, developing executive positioning platforms, mentoring the media relations team, collaborating with marketing & communications leads, developing an editorial calendar, conducting market/competitor research, driving awards and rankings, and amplifying content with social media. Requires partnering with business teams to translate goals into global media strategy, managing relationships with journalists, monitoring share of voice, and delivering regular reporting. Must be based in an Accenture office with travel ~10%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or other university degree
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in PR/corporate communications with a focus on technology, thought leadership and content PR, in-house or agency

- Natural storyteller with ability to connect Accenture capabilities to industry news
- Demonstrated ability to provide strategic support and counsel; issues management experience a plus
