Job Summary
Manage the end-to-end "Physical-to-Digital" pipeline by coordinating global photographers, videographers, and creators to capture premium digital assets for luxury hospitality and sports brands. Direct vendor legal obligations and oversee on-site property shoots as the primary point of contact for production teams and property staff. Coordinate influencer campaigns and UGC workflows to ensure content aligns with brand standards and communicates to the right audience. Review raw and finished assets for quality control against the "Creative North Star" for each property cluster. This role sits within our AI creative lab, focusing on high-touch cinematic brand films and architectural photography that require a human element beyond AI generation.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in multimedia production, art buying, or influencer management, ideally within the luxury or travel sector
- Proven track record of managing external creative vendors and overseeing complex on-site productions
- Experience in coordinating influencer campaigns and managing User-Generated Content (UGC) workflows
- Technical literacy in photography and videography workflows, including a solid understanding of post-production requirements
- Strong communication skills for managing expectations between property managers, influencers, and creative teams
