Media Producer (Editor)

Manage the end-to-end post-production workflow across multiple animation and live-action projects, overseeing editing, motion graphics, sound design, color grading, and final outputs. Identify workflow improvements and introduce efficient tools, including AI-assisted post-production solutions, to enhance productivity and quality. Plan project schedules to ensure efficient execution while ensuring each edit effectively communicates intended behavior change messages aligned with creative standards and audience insights. Review all deliverables to meet technical and creative requirements. This role requires a strong creative eye and proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and the Adobe Creative Suite. Ideal candidates have 4+ years of professional experience in video editing and post-production, with prior experience in animation campaigns or behavior change communication being an added advantage.
