Job Summary
Media Planner role based in Melbourne responsible for planning and executing global event media strategies across markets and time zones using traditional channels (OOH, TV, Radio) to drive attendance, revenue, and brand impact. Responsibilities include architecting and running media plans for events worldwide, sourcing high-value media partnerships, owning end-to-end activations (negotiating commercials, technical integrations, optimization), managing budgets with ROI discipline, creating localization playbooks, building dashboards and post-mortems to tie media to attendance and revenue lift, and project-managing multiple concurrent events. Requires 3+ years in traditional media, a Bachelor’s in Marketing/Communications (or equivalent), and strong English with a plus for a second language; remote-friendly with hybrid work setup.
