Job Summary
Media Operations Technician responsible for end-to-end digital delivery and QC of content in a 24x7 Media Operations Center. Tasks include source content QC, encoding, editing, and delivery to distribution outlets; maintain on-air continuity across long-form, short-form, promos, graphics, and metadata; verify technical specifications and ensure FCC/Versant standards; perform metadata creation/verification and support ingest, transcode, and QC for multiple departments; operate in a hybrid on-site environment in Englewood Cliffs, NJ; requires knowledge of digital formats/codecs, PC/MAC proficiency, and ability to work with mature content and in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma and relevant certification or associate degree in Media or Communications or equivalent relevant professional experience
- Must be willing and able to view all Versant content including that considered to be mature in nature
- Must be willing to work in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey in a hybrid arrangement
- Must be willing and able to work on any shift including overnights, swing, or weekends
- Must have unrestricted employment authorization in the US
