Job Summary
Coordinate media operations within Tatari’s Revenue and Platform teams, ensuring accurate data in Tatari’s backend systems, managing vendor and network partner deliveries, handling data ingestion errors, maintaining the Inventory Catalog, and identifying process improvements. Leverage Excel, pivot tables, VLookups, and macros; familiarity with Python and a data-driven mindset to automate tasks and support AI-driven insights.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree from a 4-year institution
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including Google Sheets)
- Experience creating pivot tables, VLookUps and advanced functions for working with simple data sets
- Familiarity with macros
- Detail oriented with ability to juggle competing priorities
- Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Curiosity and desire to learn, with particular emphasis for AI
- Bonus: experience with writing Macros and Python coding
