Job Summary
Coordinate Tatari’s media operations by mastering proprietary backend systems, ensuring timely execution of tasks with Revenue and Platform teams, and maintaining data accuracy in the backend system. Responsible for vendor communications, network partner airing information, data ingestion, inventory catalog maintenance, and driving process improvements including automation. Requires strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLookups, advanced functions), macros, detail orientation, and a proactive, collaborative mindset with an interest in AI. Hybrid in-office requirement with 2 days per week on-site in major U.S. markets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree from a 4-year institution
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including Google Sheets)
- Experience creating pivot tables, VLookUps and advanced functions and techniques for working with simple data sets
- Familiarity with macros
- Detail oriented, ability to juggle competing priorities and always follow through
- A self-starter and driven with a strong sense of urgency
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Curiosity and desire to learn, with particular emphasis for AI
- Bonus: experience with writing Macros and Python coding
