Job Summary
Media Operations Associate to support day-to-day media governance and financial processes. Lead vendor onboarding, due diligence, contract administration updates, performance tracking, renewals, and terminations; manage end-to-end media invoicing with three-way matching and accurate coding; maintain audit-ready campaign/vendor records and implement defined controls (pre-flight approvals, budget caps, delivery reconciliation); document control evidence, track exceptions, and coordinate with internal audit; perform monthly spend reconciliations and produce vendor spend/variance reporting; escalate operational risks and improve processes by updating SOPs and training teams; support governance activities related to brand safety and ad operations; collaborate with Finance, Sourcing, Legal, and Controls to ensure compliant, auditable workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Experience in controls, governance, compliance, risk management, or related operational disciplines
- Ability to manage vendor and financial workflows with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to partner across multiple teams
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar workflow/documentation platforms
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
