Job Summary
Oversee advertising and promotion delivery operations across media platforms, managing the distribution of promotional products from Rakuten Ichiba merchants to users. Execute operational design and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce errors in routine tasks. Provide customer support and vendor management while supporting sales and marketing activities through operational setup for new projects. Depending on seniority, lead team management and operational structure design to drive sustainable business growth within the Media & Trend Department. This role offers flexible scope ranging from day-to-day execution to leadership, enabling cross-ecosystem challenges spanning media, data, and advertising within the Rakuten Group.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in operations, business process execution, or related roles
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders to execute operations accurately and reliably (e.g., internal and external coordination, progress management, inquiry handling, operation management, etc.)
- Experience understanding, organizing, and improving operational workflows or rules (e.g., improvement of routine tasks, reduction of errors, efficiency improvement, etc.)
- English Requirement: Yes *TOEIC, TOEFL, IELTS, etc.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in advertising delivery operations, promotional delivery, or web service operations (e.g., ad operations, campaign operation, content distribution, etc.)
- Experience in vendor management or collaboration with external partners
- Experience driving operational improvement, automation, or efficiency initiatives (e.g., tool introduction, operation design review, scale support, etc.)
- Experience leading teams or projects, or people management experience
- Experience driving projects related to system enhancements or feature development (e.g., requirements arrangement, coordination with related departments, progress management, etc.)
