Job Summary
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across radio, digital platforms, podcasts, streaming channels, and mobile applications to drive audience growth and engagement. Lead strategic initiatives that support Moody Radio, ministry programs, fundraising efforts, and events while managing budgets and performance metrics. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver on-time, on-budget results aligned with organizational goals. Track campaign performance, analyze data to optimize user engagement, and continuously improve marketing processes. Occasional evening and weekend responsibilities; approximately 10% travel required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Five or more years of experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns in media, broadcasting, digital communications, nonprofit, or related industries
- Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing initiatives from strategy through execution
- Experience supporting or managing fundraising, donor engagement, or audience development campaigns
- Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
- Experience working with digital marketing platforms, websites, social media, and audience engagement tools
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
