Job Summary

Plan and execute global event media strategies across markets and time zones to drive attendance, revenue, and brand impact through traditional marketing channels. Grow and optimize existing media-outlet relationships, establish long-term partnerships, identify and pursue new opportunities in the media market, and manage activations from commercial negotiations to technical integrations and optimizations. Maintain accurate budget spend on campaigns with positive ROI; analyze media needs and develop strategic models and reports; ensure project delivery on time. Requires at least 8 years in traditional media, a degree in Marketing/Communications, strong English communications, and comfort with hybrid/remote work arrangements in Madrid, Spain. Knowledge of affiliate marketing is a plus. Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial. A dynamic, proactive, and ambitious mindset with a solution-focused attitude is key.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in traditional media (TV, radio, OOH)
  • A diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English; a second language is a plus (Spanish/Italian/German/French/Portuguese/Others)
