Job Summary
Media Manager role within Staples Media Network focusing on building and expanding vendor partnerships, managing multiple media campaigns across channels (paid search, display, email, onsite), driving campaign strategy and execution, and collaborating cross-functionally to optimize performance and reporting for vendor partners.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of advertising, media, or account management experience; agency experience preferred.
- Experience supporting digital media strategies, including planning, execution, and measurement.
- Familiarity with multiple digital media channels (search, display, email, onsite, etc.).
- E-commerce experience, ideally within a retail media network or with retail brands (preferred).
- Experience activating campaigns using first-party data (CRM) and audience-led targeting strategies (preferred).
- Understanding of lower-funnel media KPIs (sales, ROI/ROAS, revenue) and tactics that drive them (preferred).
- Comfort leading high-impact stakeholder conversations across vendors, agencies, and internal teams (preferred).
