Job Summary
Media Manager based in our on-site Miami, FL office; lead media client relationships and drive strategic planning and buying across TV, radio, print, OOH, grassroots, and digital. Serve as primary client contact, translate marketing goals into actionable media plans, negotiate media buys, oversee campaign execution, and analyze performance for measurable ROI. Responsibilities include developing multichannel media strategies, negotiating with vendors, analyzing market trends, integrating paid social OTT/CTV and programmatic campaigns, managing both General Market and Hispanic Market segments, delivering post-buy reports, managing client budgets and timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, supporting onsite activations, and identifying growth opportunities. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 4–6 years in media buying/planning/client services, strong negotiation and vendor management skills, proficiency with traditional/digital media tools, and bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

- 4–6 years of experience in media buying, media planning, or client services within an agency or brand environment

- Experience with traditional and digital media measurement tools and analytics platforms
