Job Summary
Media Manager leads media strategy, planning, execution, and optimization across integrated marketing and fundraising campaigns. Manages end-to-end media plans, collaborates with Brand, Fundraising, Analytics, and agency partners, guides the Media Coordinator, and ensures campaigns stay within budgets while optimizing for performance across paid search, digital acquisition, and always-on programs. Role emphasizes building scalable media processes, forecasting, performance analysis, and translating insights into actionable media actions. Travel to the Toronto office when requested; hybrid work arrangement is offered; experience in not-for-profit/fundraising environments and strong agency-management capabilities are advantageous.
Required Qualifications
