Media Localization Project Manager

Job Summary
Lead the localization of diverse media content (training materials, educational programming, radio, TV, and Internet spots, and animated videos) across global projects; manage the full project lifecycle from pre-production through post-production, including vendor/talent selection, scheduling, and real-time feedback to ensure quality, cultural resonance, and timely delivery; collaborate with creative teams, voice talents, editors, and clients to solve challenges and optimize production workflows; drive process improvements and ensure high-quality deliverables for global brands.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years’ experience as a Producer or Media Project Management, preferably in corporate or agency settings
- skilled at managing multiple workflows and communicating effectively with creative and technical teams
- proficient at scheduling, guiding, and giving feedback to voice talents, studios, and editors in a fast-paced environment
- worked in multiple AI voiceover platforms and familiar with basic technical and ethical tenets of synthetic voice production
- ability to negotiate rates and deadlines with contract talents to maximize project efficiency
- proactive approach to recommending process improvements as part of quality commitment
- understanding of the lifecycle of audio and video content
- high attention to detail and delivering top-quality results
- problem solving and helping teams and clients work smarter
