Job Summary
The Media Integration Specialist role focuses on testing media delivery, ensuring compliance with technical standards, and managing content workflows. Responsibilities include independent media testing and cross-referencing content, interpreting customer requirements for testing, identifying and troubleshooting technical compliance issues such as audio/video sync and metadata accuracy, reporting vendor and internal testing issues to account managers, overseeing SD card inventory and duplication, coordinating rejected media with CSPs for timely re-work, ensuring lab safety and contributing to process improvements, and supporting cross-functional content deliveries (SVT, EIS, etc.). Requires technical training or certification and 2+ years in media integration or related areas, plus 2+ years in In-Flight Entertainment or digital media delivery; strong data accuracy and discrepancy-identification skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Technical, vocational, or certificate-based training in a related field preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
- 2+ years of experience with media integration, media operations, digital content management or related skills
- 2+ years of experience in the In-Flight Entertainment industry or digital media delivery
- Demonstrated accuracy in reviewing and verifying data or content
- Capability to assess compliance and identify discrepancies effectively
