Job Summary
Lead role to turbocharge Tesco Media initiatives and drive the transformation of Tesco Media partnerships. Own and drive cross-functional collaboration across Tesco leadership, commercial and customer teams, embedding media into Tesco’s core processes, and co-developing new media channels and propositions with Tesco. Responsibilities include delivering tactical and strategic media projects, enabling in-store and online activation with top CPG partners, removing barriers to media scalability, liaising with retailer counterparts as primary Tesco media point of contact, and delivering training programs to upskill commercial teams. The role emphasizes aligning media solutions with Tesco priorities, cross-functional collaboration with Technology, Product and partner teams, and delivering scalable media propositions across the Tesco ecosystem. Required strengths include experience at a grocery retailer, strong commercial acumen with knowledge of CPGs and retail operations, cross-functional collaboration, excellent communication, and project management skills.
