Media Inject and Platform Manager, NATO-JWC

Job Summary
Manage media injects and platforms for NATO JWC exercise media simulation. Responsible for reviewing exercise scenario documentation and media data, posting content to NewsWeb/Chatter and other media platforms, coordinating with media inject authors and Event Managers, ensuring all injects contain required data, and monitoring platform functionality. Responsibilities include uploading articles/videos/images, coordinating image uploads with authors, coordinating with the Chief Media, reviewing drafts 24–48 hours ahead, gathering media inject statistics for daily briefings, coordinating with stakeholders, and archiving exercise media content. Required skills include CMS/data management, strong Excel/PowerPoint/Word proficiency, English language proficiency per STANAG 6001, active NATO/U.S. security clearance, and ability to travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education
- At least three (3) years’ professional experience in organizational website management, including employing digital journalism/social media skills using online content management systems
- At least three (3) years’ professional experience analyzing large volumes of data using professional data management tools
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Current NATO Secret Security Clearance
- Demonstrated proficiency in English as defined in STANAG 6001 (Standardized Linguistic Profile (SLP) 4444 – Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing) or equivalent
- Clearance: Must possess an active NATO or U.S. SECRET or higher security clearance
- Location: NATO Joint Warfare Center, Stavanger, Norway
- Travel: CONUS and OCONUS travel may be required.
