Media & Field Engagement Project Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate field storytelling initiatives, media engagement, and asset management for global ministry storytelling. Serve as liaison between U.S.-based Communications Team and Field Communicators/regional leaders to align story priorities with organizational needs. Plan interviews and field visits, support production of The Missional Leader podcast and related media projects, manage storytelling templates/tools, track timelines and deliverables, and curate story assets for multiple platforms. Maintain data dashboards (Asana) and assist with budgets. Requires cross-cultural collaboration, strong communication, and ability to work with video creators, writers, designers, and leadership across international teams. Bilingual proficiency (Spanish or French) preferred; experience with content production workflows and media coordination is highly valued.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in relevant fields such as project management, communications, journalism, and/or public relations
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar role, ideally within international nonprofits, content creation, or project management
- Bilingual proficiency (Spanish, French, or additional languages) to support diverse audiences
