Job Summary
Sell advertising consistent with station policies and rate guidelines while negotiating rates with local clients. Service existing accounts, create special sales opportunities specific to each client, and assist in producing client needs by acting as a liaison with all departments. Forecast accurately to develop new business and utilize research effectively in client proposals. Maintain excellent client relationships and represent the station with professionalism and integrity. Work within the Ozark Mountains at one of the highest-rated NBC affiliates in the country.
Required Qualifications
- Some negotiation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Must represent the station with professionalism and integrity
- Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving in a manner that will work well with co-workers, supervisors, and customers

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related degree
- Television and digital sales experience
- Wide Orbit and Microsoft Excel experience
- Ability to get along with others and maintain effective interdepartmental relationships
