Media Coordinator

Media Coordinator to lead and manage the school library media program in North Carolina, coordinating services, resources, and personnel to support teaching and learning. Responsible for information literacy instruction, collaboration with teachers, selection and evaluation of print and digital resources, collection development, inventory and budgeting, and promoting reading and lifelong learning. Requires a master’s degree in library science and strong communication with students, staff, and the community; experience with instructional technology and adherence to policies and copyright. Works with administration and the Media and Technology Advisory Committee to ensure equitable access to resources and to advance program goals; supervisory duties include coordinating library media support personnel and volunteers.
