Job Summary

Media Consultant (Fractional) to oversee end-to-end media campaign operations for an omni-channel ecommerce-focused marketing program. This part-time role (~20 hours/week for an initial three-month engagement) requires coordinating with a full-time media agency and internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns are live, on budget, and delivering against KPIs across DTC, Retail, and Amazon. The candidate will partner with Marketing leadership on the media calendar, drive cross-functional collaboration between content teams and channel leads, and build/maintain measurement frameworks that balance short-term performance (ROAS, CVR, CTR) with long-term brand metrics. Responsibilities include campaign management and execution, daily health monitoring, optimizing performance, and translating strategy into actionable plans, while leveraging data infrastructure and measurement tools (attribution, MMM, incrementality) to inform decisions. Desired experience includes strong program/project management, clear communication of complex media/data concepts, and a track record across omni-channel environments. The role emphasizes a full-funnel approach and data-driven optimization across channels (DTC, Retail, Amazon) with a focus on achieving reliable, scalable measurement and insights while collaborating with external agencies and internal teams.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in media, performance marketing, or integrated marketing — agency or brand-side
  • Demonstrated experience managing media campaigns across DTC, Amazon, and Retail (or equivalent omni-channel environments)
  • Deep understanding of full-funnel media strategy and how channels interact across the purchase journey
  • Proficiency with media measurement tools and methodologies, including attribution platforms, MMM, and incrementality testing
  • Experience working with data and tech teams on data layer strategy, tagging, and analytics infrastructure
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously across cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communicator who can translate complex media and data concepts for non-technical stakeholders
