Media & Communications Coordinator to support the Marketing Communications Unit. Collaborate with the marketing team and vendor partners to optimize website performance for campaigns; use Simpleview CMS to build and maintain microsites, landing pages, and content pages; capture images and develop engaging copy for website and social media; coordinate and execute website and blog updates; manage content workflows from creation to retirement of digital assets; develop reports on special projects and present performance data to leadership and City Council (e.g., FY26 marketing initiatives); serve as the primary contact for vendors supporting special projects and out-of-market activations; act as the main point of contact for influencers visiting the area (scheduling, logistics, VIP access); coordinate marketing efforts with sister city Essex; weekly pay and benefits available.
