Job Summary
Support senior colleagues on PR, social media, influencer marketing, and advertising projects by assisting with campaign delivery and content scheduling. Map, pitch, and reach out to media outlets, podcasters, stakeholders, and influencers for European campaigns while monitoring coverage via dedicated tools and manual research. Handle community management across platforms, coordinate local PR agency networks, and collect, analyze, and present data results. Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and live campaign activations, while managing day-to-day administrative tasks. This internship provides foundational skills within ICF's Brussels team, a global advisory provider helping organizations navigate complex change.
Required Qualifications
- Interest in media, communications and digital marketing
- Willingness to learn and grow in these areas
- Curiosity about European institutions and their communication activities
- Good storytelling and pitching skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Proactive and solution-oriented attitude
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
- Good knowledge of other Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Residency in Belgium
