Job Summary
Media Buyer - Native Ads (Remote). You will launch Taboola and Outbrain from zero and scale to ~$25K/day profitable spend, structure campaigns and creative tests, manage site/publisher-level performance, determine test winners using a full-funnel framework, set up tracking in Voluum with Northbeam reconciliation, brief the creative team on angles and thumbnails, navigate compliance reviews, and own daily/weekly/monthly reporting on channel health and scale trajectory. Requirements include 3+ years of Taboola/Outbrain buying with proven scaling past $10K/day, direct-response e-commerce or strong nutra/lead-gen background, fluency with Voluum (or RedTrack/BeMob) at the sub-ID level, proficiency with Northbeam or similar MTA, deep understanding of advertorial funnels, a disciplined testing methodology, and the ability to build a channel from scratch. Nice-to-haves include experience launching native in additional ecosystems and experience with pet/home goods or general physical product e-commerce. Logistics: Full-time, remote with EST working hours; compensation $6-$8/hour; start ASAP.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years buying specifically on Taboola and Outbrain
- verifiable experience scaling individual accounts past $10K/day
- Direct-response background — e-commerce preferred; nutra or lead-gen operators considered for transition to e-com
- Fluent in Voluum or equivalent click tracker (RedTrack, BeMob) at the sub-ID level
- Comfortable in Northbeam or a comparable MTA platform
- Understanding of advertorial funnels and performance signals
- Disciplined testing methodology
- Ability to build channel from scratch
