Job Summary
Senior Google Ads Media Buyer for a high-growth DTC e-commerce brand. Own and scale paid search across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube; manage $150K to $200K+ per month in Google Ads spend for the brand; build repeatable testing, reporting, and optimization systems; translate performance data into actionable insights; collaborate with the creative team on testing frameworks and ad assets; identify growth opportunities and convert them into strategy; lead strategic conversations and reporting directly with the founder.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing $150K-$200K+ per month in Google Ads spend on a single brand
- Hands-on DTC e-commerce experience: Shopify, Shopping campaigns, and Performance Max for online retail
- Track record with 8 to 9 figure revenue brands
- Agency experience - Nice to have
- Google Ads as primary channel and core expertise (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube)
- Senior, self-directed operator who runs accounts independently with no hand-holding
- Native-level English for strategic calls with US founders
- Confident and polished in client-facing settings
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
