Job Summary
Performance media buyer and creative strategist at Sweat Pants Agency responsible for owning paid media strategy for DTC/eCommerce clients across Meta and TikTok; build creative testing roadmaps, write briefs for editors, analyze performance, manage large ad budgets, diagnose full-funnel issues, and communicate results to clients while collaborating with UGC creators and editors to scale what works. If you’ve built or scaled an eCommerce brand, you’ll fit by applying strategic thinking, testing frameworks, and a proactive mindset to drive growth.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience scaling eCommerce brands
- Managed Meta Ads with real spend and can show results (CPA, ROAS, revenue)
- Budget management ranging from $30k to $1M per month per client
- Experience diagnosing the full funnel to identify creative, offer, or conversion issues
- Ability to communicate clearly with clients and present results, plans, and next steps
- Experience working with UGC creators; sourcing talent; writing scripts; directing content
- Ability to work with editors to create winning ad variations
- Video editing or design skills are a plus
- Strategic thinker who challenges assumptions and adapts quickly
- Ownership and urgency with fast execution
