Job Summary
Own 4 to 6 DTC accounts as the strategist, buyer, and creative lead while serving as the direct point of contact for clients. Conduct daily research by mining reviews, support tickets, and competitor ad libraries to identify angles, then write briefs, scripts, and direct editors and designers on revisions. Build and test landing pages, advertorials, and comparison pages using AI tools before deployment to ensure conversion rate improvements. Manage budgets ranging from $30k to $1M monthly, diagnosing bottlenecks in creative, offers, or checkout flows and optimizing for NC-CPA and NC-ROAS. Ship 8 to 10 new ad launches weekly in informed batches while defending results and presenting clear reasoning during US Eastern business hours.
Required Qualifications
- Own 4 to 6 DTC accounts as the strategist, the buyer, the creative lead, and the client's direct point of contact
- Budgets run from $30k/mo to $1M/mo
- Own the client relationship
- Run the research before the ads
- Write the briefs and the scripts, and direct the work
- Ship creative on a cadence
- Build and test landing pages
- Diagnose the bottleneck, then go fix it
- Report on new customer economics
- You've done this with real money
- Hands-on Meta at meaningful spend on DTC and eCommerce
- You're AI-native, and you build
- You should already be using Claude (or equivalent) as a working tool
- You should be able to build and ship a landing page with it
- You can write direct response in English at a native or near-native level
- You can communicate your ideas
- You can work US Eastern business hours for client calls
