Job Summary
Sell radio, digital, and print marketing solutions to local businesses by crafting customized marketing strategies based on client needs. Prospect daily through in-person meetings, phone, networking, and referrals; build relationships with local business owners and decision-makers; present and close new business; manage and grow a long-term book of clients; track activity and pipeline in CRM. You’ll offer integrated campaigns across radio, digital (streaming, social, SEO, display, targeted ads), and print-digital platforms to deliver ROI, and you’ll be compensated with a base salary during ramp-up followed by uncapped commissions. Candidates should have 2+ years of sales experience, be coachable and driven, and be comfortable working independently with a focus on long-term career growth in marketing and advertising.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience (required)

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to think strategically and solve business problems
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own pipeline
