Job Summary
Media Activation Manager to set up, monitor and optimize digital campaigns across channels (including budget/bid adjustments, targeting, and creative refresh) for Zalando Marketing Services. Responsible for inflight optimization using data points (audience, device, location, time), analyzing campaign results, reporting on performance, guiding partners and clients with data-driven recommendations, and improving workflows related to campaign setup, optimization, and reporting. Requires 3+ years in digital marketing, hands-on media planning in e-commerce, proficiency with Meta Ads and other formats (Google, TikTok, Pinterest), knowledge of platforms (Smartly, Meta, Google Ads, TikTok), strong analytical and strategic thinking, and ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work model with up to 60% remote; relocation assistance available; Berlin, Germany location.
