Job Summary
Oversee grinding, pelleting and mixing operations at the Medford feedmill; monitor feed ordering and scheduling to ensure efficient production; supervise quality control and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards; manage resources, production scheduling, and equipment to meet targets and minimize downtime; hire and train team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement; requires initiative and leadership, plus a basic understanding of milling and mechanical systems and adherence to biosecurity guidelines; bilingual English/Spanish and field experience in mill operations are preferred.
