Job Summary
Conduct technical repairs, handle malfunctions, and maintain the property and installations. Manage work stock including installation materials, consumables, and spare parts, while ordering quotes and equipment. Collect incident reports, assess fault complexity, determine required materials, and prioritize tasks. Collaborate closely with the maintenance manager and report on progress. Ensure compliance with safety protocols such as the Legionella control plan, evacuation procedures, fire alarm systems, emergency power generators, and emergency lighting. Perform weekend availability duties as part of a rotating schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Minimaal L.T.S. of MBO niveau 3 (elektro/werktuigbouw of andere technische richting)
- Je hebt twee rechterhanden waar we op kunnen bouwen
- Kennis en ervaring met Office
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands of Engels
- Je hebt veelal een vast rooster waarbij de werktijden in principe doordeweeks zijn, met in het weekend een bereikbaarheidsdienst die onder de teamleden afgewisseld wordt
