Job Summary
Conduct information conversations, guide visitors, and support families during funerals by listening to their stories and tailoring experiences like nature walks or home visits. Welcome unscheduled arrivals with a warm introduction, accompany guests through the grounds, and carefully finalize agreements in the official deed. Manage AV operations and digital scheduling on the day of a funeral, ensuring all proceedings unfold with respect and calm. Collaborate closely with the day coordinator to maintain personal contact while handling administrative tasks and safeguarding personal data. Work within an informal operations team that values direct collaboration and practical process development.
Required Qualifications
- Minimaal mbo werk- en denkniveau
- Minimaal twee tot drie jaar werkervaring in een mensgerichte functie
- Kennis van het Microsoft Office-pakket
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift
- Rust en overzicht: je blijft kalm in een dynamische omgeving, onderscheidt hoofd- van bijzaken en handelt zorgvuldig. Ook als het druk is.
- Empathisch vermogen: je hebt oprecht oog voor wat er speelt bij nabestaanden en bezoekers en handelt met aandacht en respect.
