Conduct intake interviews with Ukrainian refugees, evaluate and process applications for living allowances and special expenses, and draft reports and decisions. Manage the collection of personal contributions from employed refugees, including verifying income levels and coordinating with debt collection agencies or bailiffs if necessary. Process personal circumstance changes, verify legal compliance using notification lists, and answer inquiries from refugees. Coordinate with internal colleagues and external network partners. Work three days per week at the office location.
