Job Summary
Handle complex customer inquiries via phone and email, resolving issues beyond simple greetings by managing mailboxes and coordinating with suppliers on active orders. Process customer files carefully while applying CBW conditions, supplier contracts, and consumer law accurately to ensure compliance. This role involves deep-dive research that makes the position varied and substantive, moving beyond basic triage. You will work within the Hartog Woongroep network, including Hartog Wonen, Profijt Meubel, Auping Store, and Pronto Wonen. Experience with CRM systems is welcome, and an affinity for AI is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to handle customer contact involving content and problem-solving
