Job Summary
Accept inquiries and messages from tenants regarding repairs, maintenance, or general questions, ensuring each issue receives prompt, personalized attention. Process all reports meticulously within the FMIS system to maintain accurate oversight and coordinate directly with technical staff and external vendors to assign the correct parties for resolution. Proactively update tenants on progress and verify satisfaction after completion. Conduct site visits to new projects to understand specific housing portfolios and locations. Collaborate with colleagues to manage a portfolio of approximately 3,000 units, utilizing strong administrative skills and problem-solving abilities to ensure smooth service delivery. Contribute ideas to improve the tenant service process.
Required Qualifications
- Afgeronde mbo-opleiding
- Enkele jaren werkervaring in een klantgerichte functie
- Uitstekend beheersing van het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
- Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag (VOG)
- Referentiecheck
