Job Summary
Answer first-line HR questions via phone and email regarding employment conditions, contracts, salary processing, and leave regulations. Process HR mutations affecting salary and other processes while identifying trends in incoming inquiries to contribute to structural solutions. Collaborate with HR experts on complex cases and actively participate in process optimization and improvements within the HR Servicedesk. Work within a team of approximately 20 colleagues across multiple locations to deliver an efficient and user-friendly HR experience. Requires at least two years of HR experience, strong communication skills in Dutch and English, and familiarity with the AFAS ERP system.
Required Qualifications
- Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in het HR-werkveld
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels
